Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Reliability engineering and statistical analysis
Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) tools
Failure investigation and root cause analysis
Maintenance strategy and plan implementation
Use of reliability software tools
Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with Department of Defence design delivery
Knowledge of ship’s systems
Experience with RCM2 and RCM3 standards
Use of DOORS software
Training program development
Strong safety and fault diagnosis understanding
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years experience in Defence or related technical industry
Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
Training in LSA or MRD or equivalent vocational training
Work Rights
Must hold and maintain Baseline Defence Security Clearance
