In close cooperation with the team, you will manage dispatch processing with a focus on non-EU countries and ensure stable day-to-day operations.
You will contribute your expertise to customs-relevant shipping processes and specifically develop automated export and customs clearance procedures further.
As the central point of contact, you will clarify questions regarding export and customs clearance and act as an interface between specialist departments and external transport service providers.
