Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining resident comfort, and accurately recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
The role requires adherence to established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
