Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents within the facility.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports
