Job Summary

  • Under the strategic direction of the Vice President of Physician Recruitment and Engagement, the Director of Physician Recruitment is responsible for the operational overview of all aspects of the recruitment and staffing process.
  • Works in collaboration with Physician and Provider Recruiters and leadership to develop and propose a Talent Search Plan to include all mediums of advertising.
  • Oversees day-to-day search and recruitment operations through management, oversight and development of physician and provider recruitment staff.
