Job Summary
This role leads the critical functions of developing store associates to find meaningful employment while coordinating vocational rehabilitation needs.
The supervisor is responsible for managing a team of 12-25 associates who may have disabilities or other barriers to achieving self-reliance.
Success in this position is determined by store associate outplacement, staffing levels, and maintaining operational excellence across retail and warehouse functions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, education, or social work
Three years experience in training, education, or retail operations
Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, and supervision
Must be a member of the Church worthy of a temple recommend
