Job Summary

  • Creates and expedites customer orders ensuring proper assignment of cost, conformance to purchase order specifications and timely delivery.
  • Research and addresses customer inquiries/problems, coordinating with Corporate Finance to resolve GB and customer invoicing issues.
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers to coordinate return goods activity, monitoring progress from initial contact through final resolution.

  • APICS (CPIM) certification desired or required within 24 months
  • 1-3 years customer service experience

  • Oracle preferred
  • Ability to read contracts
