Job Summary
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Field Service team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to exceed customer expectations.
Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing technical field organization (approximately 30 employees) by driving skills development, certifications, mentoring, performance management, and effective resolution of complex technical issues.
This position is Remote; however, candidates must reside in Maryland, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Washington DC areas.

Salary
Base: $116,200 - $185,920 annually; Bonus/Equity: bonus eligible; Benefits: Health, Life & Disability, Retirement, Time off
