The successful candidate will drive early-stage customer engagements from Alpha through General Availability while defining real-world use cases and validating system performance.

Strong fundamentals in Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 standards
Hands-on debugging across networking and system layers
Experience with embedded systems MCU RTOS SDK development
Proficiency with Wireshark iperf spectrum analyzers logic analyzers
Understanding of RF fundamentals and coexistence issues
Nice-to-have
Experience with multi-protocol wireless systems like Matter Zigbee
Familiarity with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory processes
Knowledge of embedded Linux or host-based networking systems
Experience influencing product roadmap based on customer insights
Familiarity with Jira Salesforce or similar project management tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
8+ years of experience in embedded Wi-Fi development or applications engineering
Proven track record in customer enablement or product bring-up for Wi-Fi SoC/MCU platforms
