  • The Shop Manager position holds overall responsibility for their shop, taking ownership and initiative to drive performance through managing KPIs, ensuring customers have the best possible shopping experience, developing the team, and ensuring White Stuff’s presence in the local community.
  • Key responsibilities include training and coaching the team to deliver an amazing in-store customer experience, evaluating floor layout and sales trends, managing commercial opportunities, and leading efficient shop operations.
  • As a Shop Manager, you will be entitled to a quarterly bonus opportunity, up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 2 extra paid days off per year to volunteer, and a 50% discount and uniform.
