Job Summary
This role will be working as part of a team delivering data literacy uplift, stakeholder engagement, and capability development across the Safety, Policy, Environment and Regulation (SPER) division.
You will combine strong data analytics understanding with L&D/ Training expertise to design and deliver targeted training programs, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and empower teams to confidently use self‑service analytics tools and data products.
Your strengths in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship-building mean you can identify capability needs, overcome adoption barriers, and partner effectively across SPER to champion best‑practice data literacy approaches.
