Fluent Italian C2 language proficiency
Bachelor's degree in scientific or medical field
2+ years healthcare experience required
High willingness to travel 80% including overnights
Operating room clinical support capability

Experience with orthopaedic implants or joint replacement
Familiarity with Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System
Commercial mindset or sales-driven environment exposure
Experience in regulated tender and procurement processes
Hands-on problem-solving in high-pressure surgical settings
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific, medical, or technical field
Minimum 2 years of healthcare industry experience
Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (B2) communication skills
Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time
