Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid RN License issued by Arkansas
  • 12 months acute care hospital experience
  • 6 months direct patient care in past year
  • Ability to pass pre-screening test with 80%
  • Work one major holiday and two weekend shifts

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Intensive Care or Surgical Trauma
  • Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Collaborative teamwork with clinic providers
  • Capability to don PPE including N95 masks

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
  • Valid RN License issued by State of Arkansas
  • 12 months experience in acute care hospital within past year
  • 6 months direct patient care role in past 12 months
  • Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
