Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organization & Management
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, OD, people insights or project coordination
  • Very good command of English
  • Solid analytical skills with data, dashboards and reporting (Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
  • Experience preparing clear, structured insights
  • Detail-oriented, organized approach
  • Understanding of OD concepts
