Implant Direct is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for central New Jersey to manage field sales functions, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B sales, preferably in the dental or medical device sectors, and possess strong consultative selling skills

Job Summary

  • As a valuable member of a collaborative and engaged dental implant regional sales team, the successful candidate in this position will perform all field sales functions in their designated territory, including the development and maintenance of long-term professional relationships with potential and current clients, soliciting and securing orders for their business use.
  • In partnership with a team of Inside Sales and Customer Support representatives, communicate product information and features that will enhance client knowledge and confidence.
  • The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
