  • You will make an impact by adhering to Integer's values and implementing site-specific EHSS strategies including programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and goals.
  • The role involves participating in the investigation of work-related injuries, managing workers' compensation claims, and ensuring timely associate return to work while fostering a culture of safety engagement.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering technology
  • 1-3 years of EHSS experience with associate's degree
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Experience conducting internal and external safety audits
  • Ability to manage corrective and preventive actions

Nice-to-have

  • OHST certification preferred
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
  • Conversational English skills
  • Experience with emergency response teams
  • Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, natural, or equivalent science
  • Associate's degree with 1-3 years of experience
  • OHST certification with 3 years of EHSS experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of chemical hazards and physical properties
