This role offers the opportunity to contribute to upstream APLNG gas projects and aluminium refinery projects ranging from FEEDs to detail designs.
You will be responsible for leading EI&C design execution across local teams and Global Design Centres while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Extensive EI&C design experience in upstream oil & gas
Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D and Bentley Tools
Experience delivering brownfield upgrades and sustaining capital programs
Solid understanding of HV/LV power distribution and MCCs
Knowledge of hazardous area design requirements
Nice-to-have
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with operators
Ability to manage competing priorities across concurrent projects
Drive a digital engineering approach using intelligent models
Proven ability to mentor designers across geographically distributed teams
Key Requirements
Extensive EI&C design experience within upstream oil & gas or heavy industrial processing
Proficiency with intelligent models and integrated design systems
Experience working in 3D project environments for layout and clash avoidance
