Job Summary
To be a primary source of scientifically valid information, ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medications and advising physicians and the clinical team on drug usage and control within hospital locations.
Participates in the development and delivery of continuous education programs for pharmacy, patient care services, and medical staff, and in maximizing therapeutic outcomes for patients, including monitoring antibiotic usage.
Responsible for evaluating and monitoring drug therapies and antibiotic utilization, developing treatment plans, initiating, titrating/tapering, and discontinuing medications under protocol, and following up on necessary lab tests under protocol.

Key Requirements
Clinical pharmacist licensure from MOPH in Qatar
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist
