Job Summary

  • This role will oversee sub-processes of the People Services operations across the Asia-Pacific region and New Zealand, providing leadership and direction to a dedicated team of People Services Advisors and/or Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
  • The position is responsible for managing HR operations and Talent Acquisition coordination, ensuring the delivery of customer-focused service for Tier 1 People processes while consistently meeting SLAs.
