3 years clinical laboratory experience
Overnight travel within East Tennessee territory
Instrument installation and validation skills
Root cause analysis for technical issues
Nice-to-have
ASCP or AMT Medical Laboratory Technologist certification
Experience with clinical chemistry and immunoassay
Strong consultative customer relationship skills
Ability to mentor junior staff members
Knowledge of automation and digital tools
Key Requirements
