Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Critical systems engineering background
MEP field experience with operational knowledge
Proficiency in CMMS, BAS, and MS Office Suite
Ability to walk stakeholders through switching procedures
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience as a lead engineer or assistant chief
Technical writing portfolio of SOPs or MOPs
Knowledge of back-up power design principles
Fostering a team-first mindset across organizations
Willingness to take on growth assignments
Key Requirements
