Job Summary
The Health, Safety, & Environmental Affairs Manager is responsible for driving an HSE mindset and fostering an accountable and engaged culture beyond metrics and compliance.
This role coordinates development and implementation of programs, procedures, and standards to ensure human health, safety, physical asset protection, and environmental stewardship across assigned regions.
The Manager partners with facility leaders to ensure compliance and drive performance towards Zero Incidents and Zero Emissions while continuously improving Safety Maturity scores.
