Drive improvements to all elements of the production system, SQDCPE, through the development and control of robust processes for all aspects of Paint Operations.
Ensure safety metrics are achieved and all potential risks are identified and mitigated with strict process adherence, while continually improving internal quality metrics.
Manage the production programme by producing cars in required key indicators SQDCPE and provide motivation to all team members.
