The Regulatory Affairs Co-Op Associate will support process improvements, maintain accurate regulatory documentation, and help ensure compliance with FDA requirements through managing electronic data systems.
This role offers an opportunity to learn about FDA submission documentation, regulatory components of INDs and NDAs, and gain exposure to industry-standard submission formats like the electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD).

Key Requirements
Ability to start by July 1, 2026
Enrolled in bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, Pharmacy or related field
Graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Onsite work at Warren, NJ or Berkeley Heights, NJ
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
