Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years SQL Server DBA experience
  • Hands-on Databricks platform experience
  • Spark PySpark or Scala expertise
  • SQL performance tuning and optimization
  • Backup restore and HA/DR management

Nice-to-have

  • Delta Lake or data lake architecture knowledge
  • AWS or Azure cloud environment exposure
  • CI/CD or DevOps tool familiarity
  • Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL
  • TSQL, PowerShell, and Python automation skills

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
  • Strong SQL performance tuning skills
