Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1 year of experience in security, public safety, or customer service
  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within two years
  • Stop the Bleed Certification within 1 year
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) use within 90 days
  • Illinois 20-hour Basic Security Officer course (for Illinois team members)
