Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services, organizational development/improvement, process improvement or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational improvement and quality initiatives
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory skills and departmental management experience
  • Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) or other certification a plus
  • LEAN Process Certification
  • Experience in CMH setting overseeing quality
  • CARF/JCAHO accreditation experience preferred
