Job Summary
The HVAC Systems Specialist oversees and completes preventative maintenance and special projects, keeping proper documentation for completion rates and timeframes.
Has working knowledge of heating, ventilating, and air condition (HVAC) systems associated with Hospitals and Health Care facilities, including chillers, circulating water pumps, air handling units, exhaust fans and supply fans.
Conducts repairs and preventive maintenance tasks on all HVAC and related ancillary in the physical plant, in a safe and proper manor and in accordance with EOC and department policies and procedures.
