Job Summary
Define and execute the therapy area Medical Strategy for KSA, translating regional and global strategies into clear local medical objectives, evidence generation plan, and access-enabling initiatives.
Lead and develop the TA medical team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and scientific excellence, and coaching team members to build strategic thinking, scientific depth, and external engagement capabilities.
Act as the senior medical ambassador for the TA in KSA, building strong partnerships with national thought leaders, rare disease centers, professional societies key institutions, policymakers, and academic networks.
