Job Summary

  • Run a molding / Printing / Assembly machine to produce livestock identification tags as per SOP, accomplishing production that meets engineering and Quality requirements.
  • Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks including Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening (C-L-I-T) to ensure machine reliability and collaborate with the Maintenance team for quick resolution of any machine breakdowns.
  • Train new employees through a buddy system and actively participate in organizational improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Quality Circles, and Suggestion Schemes.
