1:1 telehealth and onsite service delivery

Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme

Experience working with Māori community
Background in managerial or leadership support
Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience
Additional languages
Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, HR or related field
Certification with recognised coaching body (e.g., ICF, ACA, PACFA coaching track)
1–3 years coaching experience in wellbeing or workplace performance
Master’s in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work with NZAC membership preferred
1–3 years supervised counselling experience
Master’s in Clinical Psychology from APAC-accredited program
Registration with Psychologists Board of New Zealand and valid APC
