Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum two years in Crew Scheduling or Pay
Manual payroll reconciliation expertise
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of airline Collective Bargaining Agreements
Experience with ELP Payroll software or CAE systems
Familiarity with FAR 121 and FAR 117 operations
SQL or data visualization platform skills
Proven ability to use AI tools for process improvement
