Mento Group is seeking experienced leaders in customer success or experience roles, specifically those with a background in technology or tech-adjacent environments, to serve as Cx Coaches. This fully remote role involves providing one-on-one coaching to members, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals, while also completing ICF-certified coaching training.

Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and feel fulfilled at work.
All coaches must participate in an ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
Coaches are expected to act as ambassadors of the community by sharing tools and insights while maintaining kindness and empathy.
