Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years construction management experience
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
Ability to read drawings schematics blueprints
Knowledge of NFPA IBC IMC OSHA NEC codes
Experience with hazardous location ESD construction
Nice-to-have
Industry experience in chemical pharmaceutical hospital
Strong data management skills
Excellent customer service communication skills
Experience with computer-controlled building automation systems
Key Requirements
7+ years experience in construction management
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
PMP certification (Preferred)
HVAC license or Master Gas license (Preferred)
