The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Provide advice and guidance to employees, management, and HR on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, and performance management.
Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on or conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions, or early resolution meetings.
