  • The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees, management, and HR on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, and performance management.
  • Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on or conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions, or early resolution meetings.
