• Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and instock levels, while assessing economic trends and community needs.
• Oversees compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the Vision Center by analyzing reports, implementing controls, and developing action plans.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset.

• 2+ years college OR 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory OR 2 years general + 1 year optical
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current optician/apprentice eligibility
• Supervising Associates
