Job Summary
The Principal Designer will shape how AI tools are introduced, adopted, and experienced across engineering to elevate the end-to-end engineering experience across the Group.
This role is accountable for the holistic design of engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering interactions, and Platform as Product experiences.
The company supports flexible work arrangements with at least half the time each month spent connecting in office.
