The IT Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services supporting Ferrovial’s corporate operations.
This role works directly with service providers, oversees SLAs, supports incident/problem/change processes, and partners closely with business stakeholders and the internal IT teams to ensure systems operate reliably and securely.
