Key Requirements

  • Progressive experience in tangible asset valuation
  • Interest in pursuing Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation
  • Significant experience with database management and mass appraisal modeling techniques
  • Strong technical skills and report writing skills
  • Experienced at preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
  • Proven ability to manage team members, project workflows and deliver on time
  • Willingness to travel
