Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact between UAM and business users to facilitate timely resolution of access management requests.
Track and report on key operational metrics such as ticket volumes, ageing, SLA adherence, and escalation trends and provide recommendations to improve service quality and operational performance.
Collaborate with IT security, clinical operations, and compliance teams to develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures tailored to clinical research environments.
