The Management Trainee Program is a 9–12-month program designed to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage, providing hands-on exposure to all facets of the business.
Participants will gain expertise in managing multi-million-dollar operations, learn from industry experts, and receive exceptional support from the Talent Management team.
The program aims to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge to rise to the position of Branch Manager and beyond, with opportunities for relocation and advancement.
