Job Summary

  • This role will supervise and assist all merchandise crew by helping to maintain an efficient and high-quality point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold.
  • Ensures an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service and maintaining accurate order processing.
