Salary
Base: $135,900.00 - $220,000.00 annualized; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits: Industry-leading benefits and paid time off included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Java/Spring expertise with FIX protocol
Experience building D2D/D2C connectivity
Deep knowledge of Credit market structure
Hands-on coding in Unix/Linux environments
Managing production trading system performance
Proficiency in reactive streams and microservices
Nice-to-have
Experience with GraphQL and gRPC architectures
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK and Splunk
Background in Munis or Mortgages workflows
Exposure to Kafka and message-oriented architecture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience supervising and growing eTrading engineering talent
Proven track record as a Lead software engineer in eTrading
