Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Java/Spring expertise with FIX protocol
  • Experience building D2D/D2C connectivity
  • Deep knowledge of Credit market structure
  • Hands-on coding in Unix/Linux environments
  • Managing production trading system performance
  • Proficiency in reactive streams and microservices

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GraphQL and gRPC architectures
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK and Splunk
  • Background in Munis or Mortgages workflows
  • Exposure to Kafka and message-oriented architecture

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience supervising and growing eTrading engineering talent
  • Proven track record as a Lead software engineer in eTrading
