Natera is seeking a Regional Director for Rare Disease to lead and expand their Zenith™ portfolio in the East US. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in biotech or diagnostics, particularly in rare diseases, and be passionate about improving patient outcomes

Job Summary

  • As the Regional Director, Rare Disease, you will be at the forefront of Natera’s national expansion, leading a high-performing team of specialists dedicated to the Zenith™ portfolio.
  • You will build enduring relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in developmental pediatrics, neurology, and medical genetics, and lead the strategy for institutional adoption within major Children’s Hospitals and rare disease centers.
  • Natera offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, monthly car allowance, and travel reimbursement.
