Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with all applicable regulations.
The role requires managing administrative functions such as completing accident reports, maintaining census records, and ensuring the accuracy of medication cards and physician orders.
Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/LVN and demonstrate the ability to lead staff through performance evaluations and training programs.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
