Job Summary
The Plant Director will be instrumental in elevating the shop to the next level by fostering a change in approach and company culture, leading the growth from 30 to 100 people to support increasing Component Repair business of Aero-derivative gas turbines.
This role will be also a focal point to support the upcoming local investments, such as a creation of a full module overhaul shop, including testing, in Malaysia.
Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is an emerging company with solid experience in overhauling aeroderivative turbines, aiming to become a center of excellence for aeroderivative components repair in the APAC Region.
