Job Summary

  • The job holder will be responsible for driving change within the HR team, drumming up transversal projects, supporting the Head of HR, APAC in tracking team objectives and performances, and building team spirit and culture.
  • Responsibilities include HR transformation, project management, identifying and tracking regional transversal projects, acting as a regional HR focal point for global projects, and building best-in-class employee experience.
  • The role also involves managing incoming information, drafting documents, prioritizing tasks, and acting as a liaison between the Head of HR, APAC, business, and the HR community, while also serving as an Ethics & Compliance Representative.
