Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
Minimum 10 years of Tier 1 automotive purchasing experience
Proven organizational leadership experience
Experience with Hyundai/Kia Motors (HKMC) OEM standards
Target cost analysis and unit price negotiation leadership
