Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Quality Inspector is responsible for the execution and confirmation of quality inspections as part of the production process with an emphasis on the aircraft structural assemblies and components.
  • The team at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing facilities assemble the finest aircraft in the world, along two (soon to be three) production lines for the A220 and A320 Family aircraft.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years aviation experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of drawing systems
  • Knowledge of inspection plans
  • Knowledge of inspection coordination
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License preferred
  • A&P license with inspection authorization preferred
