Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years Data Modelling Experience
  • 4+ years HCM reporting or Workday Reporting Experience
  • 3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience
  • Knowledge of financial terminologies
  • Ability to obtain security clearance

  • Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills

  • Ability to work across multiple countries simultaneously
